Nice place but the electricity and water metering system is too much. You spend about R100 a day for both and close to 4K a month they seriously need to devote, might as well go find a place in the suburbs cause their charges are ridiculous.
The place is nice, clean, safe and secured... Love the carpots. ELECTRICITY meters are a problem... They are like another rental on its own njee😭, that's the only problem there... I wish the owner can rethink and consider changing the meters that are currently installed... They are a nightmare.
Great place to stay at. Love the security but the electricity and water being combined is nonsense they really need to re look that issue. Tenant turnaround is too high. They must get rid of protea metering...
The place is safe with friendly neighbors however it has pest problems. Upon my arrival, the unit I was allocated to was infested with roaches and needs a few interior improvement.
The metering system is day light robbery R39 daily charges besides electricity usage if I knew I would have not moved in there
