Johannes from the office he abuse us by locking our unit and switch off the WiFi and block the meter number so we can't buy electricity. That guy is brutal to lock out our kids and my wife outside my unit. Ii want to suu this company.
The place is dirty, no response to our queries or concerns, too much noise from morning till midnight. Anyone and everyone can access the building quite easy. No attendance to noise complaints. Parking is a mess, anyone can park anywhere.
There is too much noise from morning till midnight. There is no order. The caretaker does not care about anything. The safety is compromised the boom gate can take months without working. You are sent to pillar to post when it comes to the deposited money. Their communication service is very bad you have to go after them.

They don’t fix their apartment before you move in. I had to fix keys, bath tub was blocked, bathroom sink was leaking, stove kept on tripping. Worse part you will request the service from them to fix the problem you got there when you move in the unit and they charge you. Im very disappointed in Afcho. I sent the query last week, i will send it again.
