This place forced me to have my own house, honestly speaking no one cares, from the complex manager, maintenance & the owners, the only one who cares is the dustbin guys lol.. & when you leave , either your apartment is net & clean, just forget about your 💯 % not even 50 % of your deposit back.. I stayed for two years but I am regretting for 4th year now..

Great place to live, been here for just under two weeks, but I am loving every minute of living here and they offer free WiFi 😀

The place need some improvement, the outside walls are dirty and yard need to be cleaned more regularly. Otherwise it's a peaceful and convenient place to stay in.

I'm giving this place a 3 star rating because of the convenience of living here, closer to the mall and public transport and it's safe and they respond quickly to maintenance requests. BUT The place is infested with cockroaches, very huge and fumigation doesn't seem to help, had to stock 2x doom sprays monthly! The building manager isn't helpful at all, I got back around 9pm when I realized I had misplaced my key, went to him for help, he told me there's no spare key so there's nothing he could do. Luckily the security and maintenance guy attempted to help by giving me a bag of keys to see if there's any match for the burglar and door. Ps I'm still waiting for my deposit and it's been 2 months since I moved out..

Great place to stay at, with peace of mind, near mall, Soweto theater and it also have play area for kids.
