The place is quiet and peaceful

Don’t bother staying here not unless you are able to keep up with the water bill that increases every month. Impact metering will clean your pockets. Imagine paying more than R700 for a bachelor. I leave the place in the morning and come back at night but the water bill is crazy. So Save your and look somewhere else. Impact metering is a scam. I have enquired so many times with them but no they are not helping.

😠 Beware, despite this place appearing quiet and clean, the management is dishonest and there’s no transparency especially from their billing company (Impact meters). They won’t disclose anything when you move in. However you will just be surprised the following month with a bill of over R700 from R300 and staying alone. No one will communicate anything with you regarding this. When you ask them about it they will tell you is for hot water. It doesn’t matter whether you will be staying there full time or not the bill will still go up. Even when you move out the chances of getting back your deposit money are 0. They will charge you for things that have been like that before you even moved in to make sure that they take all your money and you get nothing 😡
