The maintenance of the painting is not completed and the grass is long infront so people pay to live there but they dont get well maintenance

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star the entire place is still vandalized. Infrastructure in and around Kliptown looks like a war zone.

Very run down area. Poverty evident everywhere. Difficult to drive in and out as kids are running everywhere. One doesn't feel comfortable in this place.

Good place to stay. Just they small not spacious place Otherwise the security guards try their bests to keep the place secure. We fel safe when we came here. And the guy we came so see didn't show us any signs of being a criminal or so. Good place to stay but Soweto is Soweto... You just need to be careful at all times.
