Quiet place, clean, well kept and secure. Great that the estate is within a gated community as well. Unfortunately, the greater area is affected by power and water outages albeit not very often. Usually the outages do not take long to get attended to.

Secure residential complex, with beautiful apartment. Pets are allowe and a dog park is found in the complex.

Looking at my call logs now, almost every week I complain about noise and not much is done about it. This is not a place for someone who values quiet, especially if you work from home and values a quiet weekend. And I’ve only stayed here for almost 4 months. I can’t wait to move after my 1 year lease.
