I have loved staying here

Security is tight! Corridors and the whole place in general is spick and span.

I since left the apartment 4 months ago and I still have not been refunded my deposit ? What is going on ? do tenants usually get all their refunds after this long ????

I stayed here for over a year between 2006 and 2007 when I worked in South Africa. Great place

Very quiet, clean and safe complex and friendly staff Had a great stay and created many memories. However brace yourself for war, if you take Apartment 414, the landlord will not refund your deposit... additionally you will be held responsible for all the wear and tear of the furniture and carpets.. That was the only spoiler. The rating of 2points is based on the landlord experience. Unbelievable.
