Its not surprising that the owners(Zhauns Pty Ltd) of this building have terrible review on their google reviews ! Judging by the comments there, it seems like non-responsiveness is their company ethos, Ive been struggling to resolve a tenant issue for nearly a week and all im met with is non-responsiveness, even their emergency number is on voicemail I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Nice apartment block, with controlled access and some apartments with wooden floors. Apartments and balconies can get very dusty due to the busy road. No visitors parking.

I somehow wish I could give this place 0 stars. Anyone looking to move in, should just find some other place. The residents right now do not get the attention we require. The body corp makes unilateral decisions without considering the opinions and feelings of the tenants. I cannot in good faith recommend staying here. There are simply too many problems.
