Pathetic service…… Where do I even begin,A whole trash I must say…..firstly people stay for a week or so without electricity, the place is filthy, no proper security, water bill’s ridiculous high, theft on another level, rent prices always going up…..I would never recommend and that’s why people are always moving out…..They treat people like dirt and don’t care at all about their tenants 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Affordable units, one thing you will struggle with is electricity maintenance on the complex, you'll go days without it until they seriously take action. By that time your food will be spoiled. Last year I lost R2000 worth food in just a week because of the lack of immediate action taken when the power is out. I am already planning to vacate their premises and relocate to a much more reliable residential place.

What a ridiculous place. the power is a constant issue. When the power goes for whatever reason(there are many reasons), when it returns we found our units chopped by more than half. No response as to why and if theyd be returning it but very communicative when they want money. The cockroaches basically live there and we are visiting. The security is useless, they just let anyone in there. DO NOT!
