Beautiful and secure complex ,well maintained and close to virgin active ,spar,Macdonald, Leroy merlin and many more shops.

Great, quiet, safe and kid friendly complex. The only downside, at least once a month there will be power cuts that last anywhere between 48 - 72 hours. This is a municipal power station issue, they are constantly being serviced or cables being stolen. This only affects certain complexes in the same row as Kilburn so you look in the horizon and your neighbours by The Falls or the Willow Grove will not be affected at all with full lights on. Choose wisely.
