0/5 Stars... Horrible place to live at. There are 12 units with one owner and agent. The owner has no respect for any of the tenants and the agent is useless and has no idea what she's doing. The security is very bad with electric fences that never works and the main gate being left open so many times. The owner walked into our house once without knocking or an invite just to see how the new tiles he planned on putting in would look. That's the type of person you will deal with, so good luck! There are much better and safer places available in Moreleta Park and this one is not it.
