The apartments are clean and safe. Just don't like the fact that they don't allow pets

Ideal for young persons (students and young professionals). Not ideal for young family. ✅ Big sized rooms. Two bathrooms ❌ Small kitchens. Small balcony Try to avoid getting a unit in the high numbers (140-160) it’s overseeing Gordon road and the road is noisy - everyday!!

Nice & clean place.

I had a decent time staying there for 2 years, never missed a single rental payment; but since vacating 3 months back, I have not been able to get the rental deposit balance owed to me. I would only recommend you stay there on a 0 deposit agreement, or if you are willing to forfeit your deposit. —— Update, I received my deposit balance 5 months after moving out, having to follow up multiple times.

This is the most horrific place to stay at . In beginning I thought we would adjust but no it got worse . Just to let you know , forget about getting your deposit back ! There’s a guy called Advance , he will make sure that you don’t get your deposit back . This place is the worst . I cringe even when typing here jerrr.
