Nice apartments, close to the beach,

Very impressive. People are helpful and well trained.

Very quite and secured. Sounds of the sea and it's birds makes a great experience. You can also watch the waves from the balcony.

Lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The apartments are spacious and soundproof, which makes a huge difference in creating a peaceful and quiet living environment. The only critique I have is the older ladies who seem to have nothing better to do with their time—they can be a bit nosy. Otherwise, it has been a great experience overall!

A well maintained, safe and secure building right at the heart of Sea point. The management and maintenance team has done a great job.
