Don’t rent from Cadence holdings. The worst company to deal with. Got our unit dirty with poop and pee on the toilettes, the floors were filthy from the builders. No compensation on cleaning was offered. The unit was very noisy and the agent who showed us another unit said the noise from the street is white noise. What a scam! The highway and Winnie Mandela drive is so noisy 24/7. Sanral had their dumping site right behind our unit and we could hear banging and people talking and cars even at 3 in the mornings. We had so much water problems and it caused damage to my furniture which Cadence holdings didn’t take responsibility for. They told me to claim it from my insurance as they have been fighting with the builders. How is this my problem when Im renting from you! Be warned and stay away!
