Quite a well-built neat and well kept area. Clearly at least several years old but well maintained. Only wish the council would stop doing stuff like this where the roads are in a bad condition but they charging so much for rates and taxes.

Very safe and well managed. The body corporate is extremely strict which upholds a good standard. 24hr security in site. Friendly and helpful handy staff. Good neighbours. Stunning and well maintained gardens. Not a square shaped house but interesting angles for aesthetic modern decor.
