Terrible weak security. peoples cars gets stolen and RENICO does absolutely nothing about it. 2 cars stolen in a space of 5 months and several of car stealing attempts happening regularly most recent one was last weekend Saturday 28th October 2023. Do not come here unless you want your car gone!!!
Perfect area for couples and young adults starting out in their careers
Nice, clean place with sizeable kitchens but if you're a professional or young couple without kids it can be misleading because you'd think there wont be kids since there are no play areas at all but theres plenty and they play by peoples cars etc.
If you are considering moving into this complex DONT! Everything is horrible , The company managing the complex does not care at all renico’s security is the worst ..we have been complaining about cars being stolen inside the premises but nothing has changed since . They only put their needs first as long as they get their rental. I would give them 0/10 for everything. The water charges are also insane!
Great location, closer to shopping centres, Cresta, Fairland and Clearwater. Good complex but poor security.
