Quite Decent place. Before getting the Gate access the Security open for for those that havent get the access yet , the security lady at the Gate only opens for the people that she knows . For more than 3 times at night she refused to open for me the gate and at the same time she can open for a certain individuals. At 10pm. Its late but rather she will only open for the people she is familiar with. This is a complete Hatred for no reason . She need the re-education in terms of what she supposed to be doing instead of what she is currently doing. This is sabotage and I hope this get to the management of this Flat .

i have a bad experience with renting a flat here. stayed for 2 years until i finally gave up and left.here are the issues: 1- no security is an issue. there are no security guards and people are robbed in the elevators. the building owners put cctv cameras for security but i have not seen the benefit. people still get robbed 2- dirty. during the weekends and holidays the place is full of rubbish everywhere. and drunk people urinate in the elevators. 4- Rats in the ceiling. and they eat your food, its a health hazard. the ceiling is joined so the rats move to every flat in the building. 5-No repairs. its an old building and there is an issue with the wiring, i think its aged so the light switches and plugs burn out a lot. and there is no electrician to fix. if you the building owners 6-if you are renting a whole flat, they charge u R8000 deposit when you move in and when you move out the caretaker will automatically deduct 3000 and say its for painting the walls. 7-if you are renting a single room in a flat or sharing, you are in danger because the caretaker allows only 4 people in a flat and you have to be included on the documents. if you are not in the documents you will be chased away, whether you paid rent or not.
