The rooms are very small and offer limited living space. Furthermore, the stairs and balcony have not been tiled, leaving them unfinished and in need of improvement. The metal poles are also rusted, which raises concerns about their condition and the general maintenance of the property. The backyard is not paved, which means that the grass needs to be removed regularly to keep the area neat and manageable. This creates an ongoing maintenance burden that could be avoided or reduced by paving the yard. In addition, there are no carports available for parking vehicles. Since I moved into the property in 2021, no carports have been provided, and this situation remains unchanged to date. Considering the length of time I have been residing here, I believe these issues require attention. The property would benefit from proper maintenance, necessary renovations and improvements to ensure that the living conditions are satisfactory, safe and convenient for residents. I would appreciate it if these concerns could be taken into consideration and the necessary steps taken to address them.
