Perfect complex, but there are too many children ☺️so peace of mind is only meant for parents and families

There is no peace of mind, kids are always screaming and shouting to a point they start playing at 06:30am on a weekend so you can’t even rest😩

Every time it's raining there's a power failure which will only be attended to after 24hrs,.... Kids hitting your windows with a ball now and then.. Poor poor sanitation. It's giving rent free, it's giving Marabastad shem.

There is always a power failure when it rains , the complex is noisy everyday .

fairly good place to live! well maintained with minimal noise. the only downside is the power outages whenever it rains, so have a rechargeable light on standby! 😅
