Lovely complex. Well maintained gardens, with communal swimming pool and braai area.

Well maintained units and excellent location. Close to some of the best schools that Gauteng has to offer as well as close to access roads. Apartments, especially the top units, are spacious and well constructed. Complaint I have is with very little plugs and positioning of lights. Things we can still correct.

I was showing a house here today and was quite impressed with the complex itself. It offers everything from Communal a Swimming Pool, Parking both in garages for each unit and an accompanying covered Car-Port. Security is not an issue with a Guard-House situated at the gate as well as Keycard-Entrance for residents of La Chalutier. Very impressed!
