Well managed and neat residential complex. The Twin palms suburb in Strand is tranquil and peaceful. The La Riviera complex is situated in close proximity to a convenience centre with a Spar and it also has a take away food shop selling vetkoek with a variety of fillings to choose from. Every habitable unit in the complex comes with a lock up garage. They have a nice cold water pool for residants to cool off on the hot summer days. They gate is equiped with a system to use your phone for acces. 5 ⭐️ living 😊
