La Vie estate is a nice little complex with great affordable flats to rent. The security is good and stay ontop of things which is very great for a residential dwelling and what you want from one. Strict rules about no pets. The water pressure is not as great as one would like it to be but all of this can be overlooked over the price of rent and the security you get. Will definitely rent a unit here.
I love this Estate. Quite and safe. Neat and maintained. Security is on point! Beautiful location, and very well priced. These apartments are really perfect for Investors or entry level buyers!
Beautiful estate with marvelous views and close to many attractions in the area, the wine lands of Paarl are stunning too. It is a complex that was developed a few years ago in an area that is continuously growing in that side of Paarl. A short drive to town, and close enough to all the modern facilities, nearby a big center where you can find supermarkets, pharmacy and all the basics.
Terrible mistake living here , 6 months later after moving you’ll be treated different by owners and agencies demanding way more money than discussed then tell you if not happy might as well move out, making all excuses not to refund your deposit, I’ve had few encounters with people moving out here coz that’s all they do to their renters after you have settled in. Really disgusting culture . All greed . 9 months later I’m paying over a R1000 extra . Shame on you all. FYI Most of the reviews is from friends and family.
Bought a Unit .To my disappointment. Water problems in the flat mold lining up every where. No sun in the flat and -+250 flats to share 5 washing machine and 60 meters of washing line. Developer struggling 5 Month to fix all the problems and still expecting levies to be paid ,even when the flat is in poor condition. The most expensive estate that is not worth the levies and municipal account. Can spend the money on much better places to live and buy property.
