Can I give zero stars? I moved in there last year November, stayed for about 10 days. My car was stolen from inside the complex, my neighbour below had their apartment broken into, without breaking the lock, which means they had the key. Dodgy as hell. Wasted I don't know how many thousands of Rands by making the mistake of moving in there. You have been warned.

Laguna is the worst Estate, the Security guys are so rude and unfriendly I know one called Akhona Yoh that guy is the worst his attitude is bad!!! And they stick their business in their residence business which is bad!! stay there at your own risk but that place is beautiful but the worst!!!
This one star is for friendly security guards and the cleanness of the complex. Otherwise would’ve given a zero star. Loud music EVERY SINGLE DAY! And management never does anything about it! Hollow walls and ceilings, could even hear people’s footsteps from upstairs. Water running noises as well, every time when your neighbour shower. 🌚 Even TV sounds from neighbours… You can hear everything while living here.🌚
Very beautiful estate with 24h security. rated 5 ⭐
My 3rd floor apartment got broken into via the balcony door at night and my laptops were stolen. Security couldn't provide footage because the cameras didn't work and they were embarrassed to admit it. I believe they knew the culprit but didn't want to disclose their identity. Police were useless too. Just know your safety isn't a priority and look out for yourself especially if you're a woman staying alone. I moved out a week after the ordeal thankfully as my lease was ending. The experience was unfortunate and scary to say the least. I was just relieved I wasn't harmed as I was in my bedroom sleeping when the incident took place. How someone could climb from the ground floor apartment to the 3rd floor boggles my mind to this day!
