Nice and clean cleck of flats on the far end of Kraaifontein. Surrounded by a few new flats of similar standing and size. Security seem adequate in this quiet are. There seem to be no demarcated visitors parking in the complex

Very nice and quiet complex It's neat and clean Has a play area for kids and is very safe. Close to Bossa family restaurant and close to shops. Only problem that a person might have is that there 2 or 3 cats that do take a young stroll here and there but nothing to worry about
