There is 9 floors and attached another 8 floors and both lifts are not working for years. There are a lot of old and sickly people living there. Totally unexceptable.

It's alright for the not so average person,the building is basically getting dilapidated. The lifts don't work the fence is falling apart. But it's still in pretty good shape overall. The flat gets cleans regularly and thers a security guard 23 hours ..
