Mt favorite place

Not expensive apartments. Safe place with lots of cameras to ensure safety. Under cover parking with guest parking inside. Situated in Cul de Sac street next to high school and walking distance from shopping centre.

Lapworth grange is a beautiful place. And the trustees and the caretaker has done a great job. Garden is nice and being kept clean..its a peaceful complex...love it here and i stay here. 😀

Besides watershedding. This area always a few days loadshedding due to people stealing cables. We could not buy meat products that will last more then a week. In the beginning we threw away lots of food and perishables because of not having power for a week. Dont be fooled by these rental Agents. We moved in last year. The rental agent asked us if we wanted to buy the flat. We said no due to various reasons. So for the duration of our lease we had people coming in and out to view the place. They were trying to sell it while we were living there. Evens when my wife gave birth they tried bringing people to view the place. The Caretaker is douch. Spits while he speaks to you and always knocks on the door like we owe him money. Regret moving there

I stay next block flats and can say the trustees have been doing a good job of upkeep at Lapworth. The parking has many cars, the only extra they have is a front garden. Great location at the end of a dead end road. The apartments are small but loved with a nice atmosphere.
