Horrible place to live at, worst landlord you could be under and worst management team. They are able to increase your rent by over 20% and tell you take it or leave it. They offer no security, no cameras. December is really the worst month to live there because there’s no one to clean the common areas, no one to take out the bins, it gets filthy while they charge you over R500 for those services. Theres no proper common facilities even when your unit doesn’t have a balcony, you have no where to hang your laundry. This place always has empty apartments for a reason. Wouldn’t suggest moving here
