Safe and secure complex and also quiet complex..nice place to live in.. Walking distance to bryanston shopping centre.. Gautrain bus stop is right in front of the complex

It's a nice complex. Everything was fine until we moved out. Landlord (M.D.) of unit 14 delayed our deposit refund for more than two months breaking the contract. She only returned it when we escalated to debt collectors. We did not break anything in the house and paid always on time, but she claimed many deductions and some had no merit. Be aware !
