What an awesome experience we had at CTM Waterfall. From the moment we stepped in the door Criselle welcomed us and assisted us directly to where we needed to be in the showroom. We were later met by Josie in the vanity section who was so friendly and very informative. Both ladies assisted us and gave a personalised experience, it felt like we had an afternoon date at CTM, visualising our bathroom renovation. We have visited 5 different bathroom and tile retail stores and none come close to our shopping experience we’ve had today! Thank you ladies, you’re awesome #CTMbathroomrenovation #Shower #Winners
