I good environment for kids,its quiet and lovely people in the compleax

The complex is loud and Theres more flats than parking. Cars park all over the place

The management company does not maintain the apartments, if there's something wrong you'll eventually have to fix it yourself. The tenants buy electricity tarrifs are higher than anywhere else and I'm sure that's due to the fact that they contracted electricity via a vendor called Syntech. There was a point tenants went without water for more than a week. The management did not even communicate the issue. The cleaners don't clean the corridors and staircases. There's lawlessness, too much noise and no fines applied.

Too much noise and there are no fines. If you work from home or work shifts stay away from this complex . Corridors do not get cleaned. Whoever is managing this complex must do better.
