Great location but maintenance non-existent. No real management to speak of. Lots of noisy kids as well.

'Managed' by Landsdowne. This is the very worst of the worst. They have run the complex into the ground. Sellers cant give their apartments away because of it. Gone are their investments!! This could be a cute little complex had it not been run by Landsdowne.

Very dirty. Washing lines are broken. No body corporate coming in at least twice a month to round up check. The stairways are pathetic. Some families are huge and staying altogether in one unit. Dustbins overflowing with dirt. Entrance to the gate is falling in. I actually viewed a unit, and couldn't believe it's in a pathetic state. Pictures are very decieveing seeing it on the site. Let people really know how dirty this place is.
