The pits of the pits! This place never has electricity, the property management company takes their own sweet time to address issues and give updates, with that being said, they feed you with a whole lot of lies. No turnaround time for complaints. You end up feeling as if you are staying for free and they are doing you a favour for allowing you to be in the complex. Highly do not recommend to anyone!
As I type this, I am extremely scared. I moved in here because of safety reasons. But there is exactly none, two Polo cars have been stolen. Truly consider all your options before moving in here.
Worst place I have ever stayed in. The utility prices are so high. We are currently experiencing power cuts for more than a week now and have no hope of electricity coming back. We have had more than 1 incident of water outages with no warning. Everything about this place is horrible. Edit: 6 months after my initial review and we still have no electricity constantly. No apology or warning from the landlord. You buy R100 electricity and sometimes you get 1 unit or nothing and no one can explain to you how that's happening. If you planning on moving into this place, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

The place does not even deserve 1 star… i moved out after 2 polos were stolen in the yard at night, security non-existent. Electricity is a scam, R250 gets u 16 units if you lucky… water is charged even if you spend the whole month not there….
