I love this place. It is under development and it gets better every week. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom has an internal fan system for ventilation. Staff is friendly and management is accommodating.

Leak in my apartment took 5 months to fix, if it rained I had to continuously mop and place all electric devices on raised surfaces. For some reason they will not buy deisel at times so if there's loadshedding you will have to climb the stairs so just don't get an apartment on the 5th floor and the pump is electric so good luck with water aswell. Another issue is the constant construction/renovations, you will be cleaning your place because of the residual dust.

Never ending construction. Falsely advertized online ,No pool ,no gym and no study pods as yet. Been having the same plumbing problem of water leaking outside my unit for 3 months now. Walls have zero sound proofing ,you can literally hear your neighbor on a call. Only good thing about this building is the building manager. I swear staying here is a joke

Constant construction, you will have to clean your place on a daily. Walls are super thin and the apartments are outfitted with cheap finishes that are not built to last. Issues take a while to attended to and you will constantly be reporting the same issue constantly like water leaks into your apartment.

I wanted to bring up a concern that has been quite disruptive lately. It seems that visitors are often left waiting at the gate for extended periods, resulting in repeated hooting, even during odd hours of the morning. This not only disturbs the residents but also affects the overall peace of our community. Would it be possible to address this with the security team? Perhaps they could be more attentive to visitors or implement a quicker communication protocol to avoid such disturbances. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I’m confident we can find a solution that ensures the comfort of all residents.
