Linmeyer Garden Village

Never in my life have i experienced such racist and prejudice b from a Body Corporate. I moved in beginning September of this year, from day one the trustees treat the dwellings with oppression and are institutionally racist. The practices have ensured the dwellings are controlled by bullies , the trustees structure does not represent the countries demographics and as such it is deliberately and subiliminally controlled as a retirement home yet there are many younger peoples / couples. I strongly discourage any people of colour with an intention to stay there as they will be victims of a 'Verwoerdian' segregated living space.

Been living here almost a year! My baby goes to Peas in a Pod Daycare right here on the premises of the complex, and she loves it there! Lovely little school, clean, warm and caring environment! Short distance to walk! The gardens are always in immaculate condition, the staff are ALWAYS friendly and the rubbish bags are collected 3 times a week! People are like a family here, always supportive of each other, there are almost 200 units - one must expect that not every personality is going to be friendly and courteous (it's how life works) however, 90% of the people here are friendly! I feel safe here!!!!

Large Community .. Beautiful gardens, maintained well & Pet friendly. I visit my Family there .. cannot say more as a visitor, but my Family seem happy .. and definitely are blessed 🫶🏻💓

Beautiful complex and lovely neighbours despite the drama on the WhatsApp group. I had a terrible experience renting a unit through an agency called Lina's Realty. Do not rent unit 45. It is infested with cockroaches!
