Only a 3 rating, reason, too many trees, mostly invasive when even though they are cut down, will still grow due to seeds that have spread. The poisonous Syringa drops it's berries in road for unsuspecting children to pick up. They are a pretty yellow, which makes them attractive. Highly toxic. Tenants are not compliant in keeping invasives cleared out. Also against the law is a " morning glory" invasive creeper, snaking its way all over. A tenant and agent is responsible that properties are not abused. Due to trees, sun is hidden in Winter and flat roofs are very cold. A lovely historic area of Plumstead, lots of birds and walk to shops/ library, Main road. 💐
