The customer service has been exceptional. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever help is needed. Their responsiveness and support have truly made living here a pleasant experience. The apartments and overall environment are well maintained, making it a comfortable place to stay. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the internet service provider. For residents who work from home, the service can be unreliable at times, and resolving connectivity issues often takes longer than expected. Aside from that, I’ve had a positive experience and appreciate the effort the management team puts into assisting residents.

My move-in experience at Live Easy Randburg was a positive one. The management staff is always available from Monday until Friday 9-5 pm if you have any inquiries.
