The complex is too old and not maintained well. The access control is very bad , Most of the time the gate is broken in Summer or when ever its rains the gate is broken and its open to anyone the security guards don’t do check. Unity number 18 has a crook proxy landlord who regards a tenant as an employee, he doesn’t pay back a deposit , its almost 6 months now after I left place and he still owes my deposit and he has not been taking my calls.
