This is a good place to live, but the rules are so unnecessary like the children can't go play outside without the presence of a person that's 16y or above.

The presence of two individuals who engage in bullying behavior towards tenants and children is deeply concerning and creates an unwelcome atmosphere. Such behavior not only affects the well-being of residents but also reflects negatively on the overall reputation of the property. Improved communication, transparency, and a commitment to addressing these issues are essential to ensure a safe and respectful community for all involved, and will only happen once the current body corporate is changed.
