Centrally located near the corner of Grayston and Rivonia Road in Sandton. A lovely apartment complex a little concealed from the hustle and bustle of the usually busy Sandton Malls, shops and restaurants. It is a very spacious neat well-kept complex with great security. It boasts a very private swimming pool and luscious lawns. It is close to Morningside and Grayston Shopping centre.
Badly maintained. Lots of unpainted walls, unswept areas, piles of dead leaves. Cockroaches. There are many undesirable occupants and residents and it appears that many of them are involved in illegitimate businesses and shady dealings. A large portion also appear to be migrants from Congo, Nigeria and Zimbabwe, which in itself is not an issue, however a large number are most likely illegal migrants
Old style townhouse. Built to last, probably by the likes of Zotos construction. Situated very close to all amenities in Sandton, apartments in this estate are big. Great place to live! Yeah, Live a little!
Nice place for a newly married couple or singles only. Cons No children play area.
Visited a BnB here. It's not bad, but it's not great. Place might be a bit small for long stays, if more than one person. Pots and pans needed a wash before we could use them. Which was slightly gross. And it can be noisy if you are considering to work-from home. As there is a highschool opposite the road, from the complex. Plus points. Garage with KFC, steers, and pick n pay mini, behind the complex is 1½ minutes walk from the complex gate. Didn't have any problems, everything worked. Owner communicated well and was very accomodating.
