Newly built apartments just between Lower Main and Main streets with great gym facilities, underground parking, security desk and amazing views of Groote Schuur Hospital and Table Mountain. Best of all, on the Jammie shuttle route so easily accessible for UCT students.

This is a really trendy place to be! Madison Place is aimed at residents with a get up and go attitude who want to come and go by car or by bicycle to and from places of work or study. It's off Trill Road, which offers a short walk to the shops and vibrant night spots of the Obs Main Road.

Secure building with helpful security guards. One of the best places in Obs -- close to the action, but still relatively quiet and safe. Gym is a little small.

Madison Place: Chic Comfort with a Few Hiccups Madison Place offered a stylish and cosy stay with friendly security and modern, chic furniture. The apartment itself was gorgeous and communication online was smooth and efficient. However, issues like faulty bathroom ventilation, a less-than-safe surrounding area, and long waits due to cleaning miscommunication dampened the experience slightly. Rating: 3/5 🏠

I would not recommend this place to women. I moved in two months ago and already had a very uncomfortable experience. While I was working from home, multiple men were on my balcony without prior notice. I only became aware of this after getting out of the shower and seeing them staring at me. No one explained why they were there, and I was expected to just “know.” Management later claimed notices were posted, but I am rarely home during the day. There was no direct communication, and no concern shown for residents’ safety or privacy. This situation made me feel unsafe and disrespected
