Access control to Security Estate is totally unacceptable. Got intimidated today by another driver. As the gate opens only one lane, it forces you to drive against the oncoming traffic in order to enter the premises. You stop in front of the gate (on the side of the oncoming traffic), phone the person you want to visit and then waite for the gate to open. In the mean time, some mean person, coming from the opposite direction, pulls up against the gate. Now the gate eventually opens(because of time delays) but you can not enter the premises because of the mean person blocking the road.

This complex is a Full title complex where everyone knows and helps one another ... Compatible with the latest fibre optic cabling these units are in high demand to the Internet-savvy users. There is a garden service available at own cost but the overall maintainence of the complex it self is very good.
