I've been here for a long time and can't complain about the development of this estate, I would say it's the best place for family's to enjoy
Nice view and clean enviroment
Too many kids on the streets, and they don't move when cars approach. The place is a location, very noisy. Conduct rules are not enforce. Speeding, driving around the complex playing loud music, petty crimes, the place is beautiful but without dignity. I wouldnt advise any buyer to consider it, in 5 years from now it ll be a dump.
This place is very peaceful, well arranged friends of mine live there, i normally visit them almost every week. First of all the security is very tight and well organized i feel secured when I'm there, vrry rare you find issues of musical noises. The only thing i wish they could have considered was recreation places for kids to freely play different sports...😃😃..after all its a place where i can purchase a house.
