Very nice townhouse complex with caring neighbors

Very nice place, very clean and well maintained!

The water from the complex runs on Strydom street, inconveniencing pedestrians and have made potholes at that place. That water runs in front of 4 houses and nobody is doing anything to fix it. Pedestrians get wet by passing cars flushing water on them. Can you address this issue? I will not stop until Marbella takes responsibility for this! Birchleigh North is not a village where the water has to run in the street and nobody cares! Marbella is the only complex around the area where water from the complex is running on the street like that! Please take responsibility of your actions
