Well managed estate to close to informal area, stayed in flats block ,small inside , newly feel , needs some attention , apartment was superb , too far to walk to town not sure if safe enough after dark , however safe inside estate for sure security was good dropped a star for noisy neighborhood noise on a Friday stopped around 11 pm
