Marlborough Park

Beautiful location of apartments with being close to amenities like shopping mall, public garden, and own garden on premises which is beautifully maintained. Library, hospital and restaurants to suit favorites of food. Good friend stays here and I love visiting here.

Well maintained complex, the gardens are spectacular. The staff especially Diane is a pleasure to deal with. The security are always pleasant and the ground staff. Very secure and an absolute pleasure to be a resident.

Very secure place. Very beautiful garden, has braai facilities and a pool. Not exactly close to shops but still walk-able. Two issues I have: 1) Elevator is very slow and one of the two elevator doesn't work most of the time. 2) We are at a water crisis and when the sprinklers are on, it is on for hours that the soils are flooding. Although it's borehole water it's still wasteful. Update: Both elevators are functional now. The sprinklers haven't been on for a very long time. Garden is still very well maintained. 5 stars.

Beautiful place to live with a gorgeous garden and pool, but not the best place for a family with young children (despite how they advertise themselves as a family place) because children aren’t allowed to play with bikes, balls, skateboards, or make any noise and if they do people will complain to no end. Some of the people living here can be bitter and make life uncomfortable.

You wish you lived here Best run complex in Claremont, and surrounds. Huge immaculately maintained grounds with 4 separate buildings. Swimming pool, braai areas, 24 hour security & on site management office
