Very affordable, laundry, club house and pool pets are allowed and they have gardens too. Great idea for a bachelor, couple or small family! I've lived here only problem I have is that there is no hot water and no one had helped me yet.
Live here for 6 months on the top floor. Security was average. Lots of water cuts due to pipe bursts. Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 balcony apartment, one balcony from the bedroom and dinning room, the second balcony from the upstairs loft. The upstairs balcony is a very nice large size. Kitchen, dinning room all open plan. Lounge located upstairs in the loft area.
Google maps, it's really super helpful for avoiding those unexpected slowdowns!
I lived there for 10 years and only truly appreciated the estate after I moved out. Secluded, quiet, well run, and with nicely finished spacious apartments. Taking levies in to account, for me at least, it was more affordable than a lot of other complexes. The pool and club house were very well maintained, something I now appreciate after seeing worse examples. The only problem is the smoke from the nearby informal settlement, due to the complex sitting in a low-lying area. But there isn't much the estate management can do to alleviate the situation.
Place is lovely But we have never since 20 October had anyone cutting our grass and in fact there is so many ground there is places we don't have grass and some places where is is very long, we never received a schedule of when they cut the grass and to be honest the estate manager is not really friendly and not prompt on responding. But place is nice
