It's very nice and clean but not ideal for kids as they can't play as they want

A clean and safe place to stay. I rented an apartment here for a family in our church. The previous tenant lived here for 4 years and was very positive.

Quiet, secure, easy public transport access. Very clean. Not kids friendly.. no space for kids to play. Kids cnt express themselves... The space where one can take a fresh breath is very tiny. And kids cnt play there and be kids.

Depending on the neighbor's there are no problems. There are times that you would have to take the stairs because of loadshedding. They keep the garden and parking lots clean. But it is very noisy in the evenings when there are many drivers on the street and continually honk their horns.

Clean and well run. Only gripe is that it's not child friendly, not jungle gym or anything to entertain the kids. Kids get shouted at if they run. Balls or anything with wheels other than a car or motorbike is is forbidden. Otherwise, it a very safe place to stay, very very well maintained, but the kids issue is so close and clear to me, kids must be able to play freely.
