Clean complex but security must be advanced

Secure place. I love it but too far to town

A secured complex with access control but sometimes the security guard get missing or the pedestrians gate left open allowing anyone to get in and out

It’s honestly the worst place I ever lived. Besides being super badly maintained (dusty/always litter around, old windows that cannot close fully, rats, non-working gates etc) they have the most bizarre rules eg. Ubers cannot drop people INSIDE the complex, food deliveries are not allowed to be brought to your door, and tenants can’t be dropped inside even when we have designated parking spots. They are always chopping and changing security guards who never seem to be on the same page about the complex rules. I’ve never seen the remote-controlled gate working so it stays open all day until late at night. (Security needs to manually push it open and sometimes drivers themselves must manually push it open). The building manager PHILANI is super difficult, despite living here for months he refused to help me get my fingerprint authorised for the pedestrian gate but I am also refused entry when I get dropped in a vehicle (make it make sense?). I think the property managers (IHS) just stopped caring about this place to be honest. The only decent thing about it is the fact that the bus stop is such a safe/close distance away, but there’s a few complexes nearby that offer the same convenience and are much better managed so I don’t see the need for anyone to bother with this place.
