Safe environment for family and kids

Not a safe place at all, we sleep with one eye open since neighbour's car was stolen at 1 am, one day you wake up you have 4000 water bill and no one to account, bear in mind that water bill is linked to the electricity prepaid, therefore you can fight all you can but you will need electricity,so that 4000 you will end up paying.

This complex has so much potential but it seems like the developers are MIA.....the issues are endless...cars get stolen...security is a major issue..."owners are still awaiting paper work to start paying off Bonds...2nd phase is still on hold...theres a jungle at the back which is a safety hazard on its own. Theres ALOT of issues here...which is very sad because like i said...its got alot of potential but it has been neglected by the developers. Theres no body corporate...its just a mess.

Great place to live in, spacious indoors with modest but nice, durable fittings. Well kept lawns and fair general upkeep. Security guarded around the clock. Haven't had any security issues since I moved in May. Fibre installed. Price very competitive compared to similar places. All in all, I am very happy, enjoying my stay.
