Decent flats, close to campus!

The place is beautiful BUT the problem starts when they have to refund you the deposit. We paid deposit in 2022 for occupation in 2023. Today is 9 December 2024, they have not returned my deposit. They are blue ticking me on whatsapp, ignoring emails and nor taking phone calls. What a bunch od useless people in that office. I need that deposit to secure a new place. If you are looking for a place to rent, run away from Melrose Auare unless you have money to waste
